Senior Facility Manager

Job Description

  • Manage maintenance and operations of handed over infrastructure and residential buildings facilities.
  • Manage and prepare departmental budget and ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • To maintain and ensure that facilities on ground and residential buildings are safe and well-functioning.
  • Make staffing decisions and prepare employee and prepare employees performance appraisals.
  • Develop and implement system solutions to problems and issue through collaboration with subordinate employees and cross functional team.
  • Exercise strong leadership skills and promotes improvements initiatives in daily operations.
  • Track performance to meet objective.
  • Develop/maintain positive relationship with customer resident and facilities staff.
  • Develop policies and guidelines for facility inspection, setup, maintenance and repair.
  • Manage and review service contracts.
  • Manage outsourced service used for installing, building or repairing facilities as needed.
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standard .
  • Plan and direct facilities maintenance, repair and project activities.

Educational requirement.

  • BSC in Civil Engineering
