Job Description

Survey Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all surveying activities for the housing project.
• Manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance, training, and oversight.
• Develop and implement survey methodologies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Surveying and Data Collection:

• Conduct and oversee topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, laser scanners) for precise measurements and mapping.
• Ensure data collection aligns with project requirements and standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze survey data and produce detailed reports, maps, and drawings.
• Prepare and present technical reports and survey findings to project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and architects.
• Ensure all survey data is accurately documented and archived.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to integrate survey data into project plans.
• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve any survey-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure that survey work supports project timelines and objectives.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Implement quality control procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of survey data.
