Assistant Manager - Facility Management

Job Description

1.     To optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.

2.     To inspect buildings to determine the needs of repair or renovation.

3.     Facilitation to customer as per their queries and provide solution.

4.     Evaluation and review of official documents.

5.     Collaborate with FM manager in preparation of FM budget and cost.

6.     Handling resident FM complaints, forwarding it to concerned department, follow up on them, and closing them after confirmation of resolution.

7.     Preparation and implementation of planned preventive maintenance schedule.

8.     Communicate and escalate any issue that arises.

9.     Coordinate and manage facility vendor activities and staff to ensure contract compliance.

10.  Conducts and documents regularly facilities inspection.

Maintain records, files and data related to FM.   

1.     Crafting a final product that meets the specifications and quality standards outlined, ensuring it aligns with the clients.

2.     Create snag rev.0 for all units and common area concluded in the project(s) to prepare the handing over process to customer service and deliver to client/end user.

3.     Led quality control efforts to ensure products met standards, conducted inspections, improved procedures to reduce defects and improve client satisfaction, and collaborated with teams to solve quality issues.
